I first heard of Pilates back in 2004 from my Chiropractor. I was seeing a Chiropractor for excruciating lower back pain. He took X-rays & informed me that I had Scoliosis. Emily discovered Pilates after having her 5th child. She tried pelvic floor therapy and felt she needed something more to sufficiently rehab her whole body. She turned to the principles of Pilates to strengthen her core, correct her poor posture, support hypermobile joints and improve simple tasks like lifting laundry baskets and carrying groceries. Simply doing Pilates exercises 2 to 3 times a week changed everything!

You deserve to repair and redeem your mental, sexual, and physical self so you can continue to give love and care to others. You can't fill up others if you are empty."
