Pilates exercises 2 to 3 times a week changed everything!

She now uses her new career as a Pilates Instructor to improve everyday functional activities through classical and modern Pilates exercises. "It doesn't matter if you became a mother last week or 50 years ago, your body deserves all the benefits Pilates provides to put you back together. You deserve to repair and redeem your mental, sexual, and physical self so you can continue to give love and care to others. You can't fill up others if you are empty."
Kim began her Pilates journey after agreeing to attend a class with a friend. After practicing for 8 years, she accepted the opportunity to become a certified Stott Pilates instructor and achieved her certification in 2016.
