About your visit

Remove shoes in studio (bare feet or grip socks only).

Grip socks recommended, not required.

Classes run 45 minutes in length.

Phones set to silent or vibrate.

Healthy individuals only. Any and all symptoms of illness should cancel and reschedule. This is a strict health policy and you will be asked to leave.

Inform instructor of any injuries or restrictions.

Work at your level of comfort...if it hurts don't do it, instead ask for a modification.

We do hands on physical cues so please inform and remind us if you are not comfortable.

We are owned and run by 2 mothers so please be gracious if we need to cancel class and prioritize our families' health and well being.

Please attach all springs when done with the reformer and set the mve chair to level 4.

Please spray and wipe down any and all equipment you used during a class.

Cancel booked classes up to 5 hours ahead of time, otherwise contact us for emergencies.

No shows will be treated as a used class credit.
What to Wear

Fitted tops to ensure that we can check your form and you don't get caught on equipment.

Conforming stretch leggings or bottoms such as bike shorts that feel like a second skin with ample stretch. Ones with flat seams avoiding zippers that could damage equipment.

Grip socks. These non-slip socks are typically used for Reformer classes. These are recommended but not required. They are for safety and hygiene

Hair ties. Keep any strands away from your face for a distraction-free workout.
