Integrating the jump board into your Pilates Practice and bring a renewed energy. The jump board can bring muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, motor coordination and strength.
If you need to cancel a scheduled class please do so within 12 hours of the scheduled class. If you do cancel after the 12 hour period before the scheduled class you will be charged a $10 cancelation fee. Due to the limited availability of class size this leaves enough time for others to sign up for classes.
